Do You Think This Is Wrong What The Lady Did To My Brother?

FIRST OF ALL, my brother is in the 3rd grade, I was on this computer, and he says behind me,ha ha this is so funny. then I turn around and he has a blue cell phone up to his ear, then I said where did you get that? he says at the playground at school.so then I’m like yelling at him saying he should have taken it to the office, then when i flip the phone to call the parents, he says, im going to sell it on ebay. I said nooooo that’s not yours. So i told my mom, she was OK with it since he is little, and I called the mom, and I tolled her what happened. She said OK, you need to give it back. I said, I know, then to put some humor in it, I said yea my brother said he wanted to sell it on eBay, i said with a giggle, she said OH NO, THAT’S NOT HIS! I said yea, he going through this eBay phase. Then she is like, you need to give it back, I said OK, whats your sons name? she goes Rodney, hes in the 3rd grade. I said oh my brother is in the 3rd grade too. She says what’s your brothers name? I tolled her, and she said in the background, Do you know him? She gets back on the phone and says, yes he’s in his class. I said OK. she said can I talk to your mom? I said yes, and i gave the phone to her. So, I’m in the Seventh grade. She knows we were going to give it back in a bag like how she asked. And she took the eBay thing so serious, she contacted the principal, tolled him what happened, and might sew us because of what my brother said about the eBay. The principal contacted my dad and said your son is going to sell a phone that doesn’t belong to him on eBay. SERIOUSLY! She contacted the principle! OK, my brother is little, so he doesn’t own a eBay account or ever sold anything on eBay. He likes going on a lot and looking at the puppets. What the heck she got me so mad, cause I said it as a joke, and she knew we were going to give it back and she didn’t have to contact the school and say my brother was going to sell it on eBay. That is just plain stupid, she was really rude on the phone, and I wanted to make her day, but if she sews us, I will just like fire back.UGH sorry this is so long!
