I have some friends who eat HORRIBLY all the time. Like fast food all the time, junk food, and soda. They never work out and aren’t on any sports. But by some miracle of God they never gain weight, have perfect, clear and even toned skin, and their hair is silky smooth and thick and long. I eat home cooked food, don’t drink pop or sugary juices. I work out vigorously when I get the time. I struggled with acne, my skin isn’t even toned, I struggle with keeping myself at a healthy weight. I eat healthy and fast food for me is a luxury because I rarely get it. That’s the case also with cake and cookies. How can my friends who eat so poorly look so great and be so healthy and I struggle with my appearance? Also they are rarely sick and I tend to catch colds easily. Thank you.
