PLSZ COMMENT…ND STAR IF YU REALLY LIKE

He arrived a child with a golden voice,
At the time, the spotlight a perfect choice.
He haunted us with his command of the stage
And a powerful talent that belied his age.

He grew up before cameras, pre-TMZ
And hit his stride on MTV.
He captivated us with Thriller and Bad.
Fans becoming the family he wished he had.

And he let us in, all the way, through his shows.
Like those Billy Jean bricks, we watched him glow.
It wasn’t until he begged us, Leave Me Alone,
We realized the toll of the Pop King throne.

With intimate glimpses into his pain,
He revealed the dark side of worldwide fame.
Though fans loved him from I Want You Back to Off the Wall,
By 2003, we barely knew him at all.

But what we do know is his talent burned bright…
What we do know rocks with us all night.
What we do know is we remember the time…
We witnessed a star of unequaled design.
He has inspired performers from Justin and Usher
From Hammer to Neyo to the Jonas Brothers.

Offstage, he stumbled and often suffered.
But onstage, he moved crowds like no other.
Moonwalking through time into perpetuity
Claiming a place in HIStory.
Like that album released in 1995,
Michael Jackson is gone, but his talent survives.
