Resolved Question: If your mother did this to you what would you do?!?

I’m am an adult in my 30’s and my mother tends to be manipulative. She’s a nice person and I love her dearly but she doesn’t want to work and I know the market is bad but even before she wouldn’t really work either. When I got in college I found a decent paying job and we got an apartment where I paid all the bills and she did not work at all but would then get mad if I wanted to go out with friends after I’ve worked hard all day and then had to go to class. I am an only child and fill she still acts like I’m a kid. My husband gets so upset because I have to constantly give her money then the other problem is that she calls me all day long. Even when I tell her I’m at work she will still call back to back to back.. On the weekends she starts calling my phone at 6 and 7am and sometimes at 2 am eventhough I tell her to stop doing this. She lives at my cousins house, my cousin had this house built but ended up having to move closer to her job and let’s my mom stay there. To the point I can’t do too much because when I helped her before my credit got wrecked and end result was when my husband and I went to buy our home I couldn’t go on the loan. The othervproblem is she dates this guy on and off and this has gone on for 8 years but he’s worthless and doesn’t work either just does carpentry here and there so she was over to his place for a fees weeks and I barely heard from her then they fall out and she’s back to calling me every 5 minutes. She said her reason for going over there was because my cousin she stays with daughter stole her jewelry, my mother had 10k worth of jewelry stolen from her because someone got in the house and stole it when I feel in the first place she should have sold it and used it to live off of and found a job.Then lastly this loser guy she’s is with whenever they fall out she wants me to stay on the phone with her all day and talk about him then she will keep asking doesn’t that sound strange and do you think he has another woman. I just feel I have done so much for her I have even given her 2 luxury cars that belonged to my father whom passed away lastyear
