Three months ago, I asked Freddy to marry me. He has been my man for 10 years. I’m 28 and he’s 36. We got together on complicated terms. I went to high school with his little sister. Freddy met me when he attended our graduation in 2000. We got close because I was having problems at home with my alchoholic mom(she’s clean now) and also fighting with my homophobic brothers all the time. Freddy was in a long-term relationship with a guy named Claude who cheated on him left and right. Our pain brought us together. Eventually, Claude found out about our affair. He was mad but he knew he was being a hypocrite so he tried not to let it bother him. As crazy as it sounds I moved in with Freddy and Claude. It was so crazy that we actually had our own bedrooms! Claude and I started getting along(despite our two-timing relationships with Freddy). We never got intimate, besides we’re both tops. We used to cover for each other whenever we wanted to go spend the night with another man. But I love Freddy, he loves me, Claude loved him and he loved him. Last year, Claude finally left when he fell for some other guy. Freddy was DEVASTATED and I was a little sad for him too because I knew how much he loved Claude. But he got over it and we stayed together. I asked him to marry me and we’re going to tie the knot next year. But in the mean time, I want to have fun(including sleeping with other men) but Freddy is not having it. He threatened to kick me out if I don’t stop seeing other men. He wants us to be committed, he wants to adopt children etc. Is he being a hypocrite? After all he put me through, am I wrong? Think about it, he’s had the luxury of having two d*cks in the same house for 9 years. NOW, he wants to be monogamous?
