Resolved Question: Maltese…A good breed?

Hello (: I’m a proud owner of a nova scotia duck tolling retreiver shes about 10 months old or so shes not very big because she is a mix. shes about a foot off the ground in height and about 30 pounds in weight. Shes not very aggressive to dogs at ALL shes acually frightened of them…Well my question is Recently A close friend of mine offered me a maltese puppy purebred because her dog is currently pregnant with puppies and i told her I would have to think about it. So I would like your opinion! My Puppy is very sweet isnt aggreessive to other dogs at all not very big for a lab. Do you think my dog could adapt to living with this little maltese? Im aware malteses have serious grooming issues im prepared for that i have bought a special brush used to to prevent shedding even though their shedding is little to none (a plus! becausse my dog sheds aloot) Im also aware of how malteses are prone to bad breath and dental hygenic problems. Prepared for that money wise as well. In my home there is only 1 dog currently I am 13 years old I have a 17 year old brother who is practically never at home and 2 parents. No children to worry about bothering the little furrball. hahah if you have any questions feel free to ask i will reply by adding detils to my question THANK YOU
