Resolved Question: My mom has an eating disorder and won’t let anybody help her…I dunno what to do!?

My mom has always been thin, thinner than me, I’m actually opposite and struggle with being overweight. Anyway, the past 2-3 years she has lost sooo much weight. It all started when she lost her job, then just being stressed out and dealing with my brother who’s been on heroin for 5 years, it has really taken a toll onher, and just before that she lost her dad to cancer and now her mom has cancer, it’s been really hard on all of us. My mom is teeny and she doesn’t look healthy at all. Her face is sunken in and her arms and legs are SO SMALL. Her hair has also become alot thinner I am so worried, everybody is but she won’t listen to anybody! My grandma and my aunt made her make a doctors appointment and I was soo relieved because I’ve been trying to get her to do that forever, then I found out she cancelled it and lied to them about going I am so worried. She does eat but very little and she never eats around people, I am the only one living at home now with my parents and while me and my dad are eating downstairs she will take her food to eat upstairs in her room and it’s always after everybody else eats. She’s an extremely nervous eater which could be anorexia right? My mom has extremely good hygiene, but I’ve noticed her breathe sometimes can be very sour, even after she brushes her teeth, then I read about it and that is part of anorexia too, called ketosis?? I think. Everytime one of my friends come over they always talk to me after and always say “Omg your mom does not look good at all, she is so skinny.” It’s so stressful, whenever me or my dad tries to talk to her about she just tells us she’s fine and to leave her alone…I want to help my mom but she won’t even admit she has a problem. Any advice?? Please no cruel comments…I just want some advice…
