Sexual offender or Sexual predator affect township values and businesses?
Let say there is a small town and it’s growing fast with high income people moving in. Let say one of grandma allow the register sexual offender live in with her as she feel sorry for her grandson and believing he is wrongly convicts.

But anyway that’s not the point. The point is when this person live in this neighborhood. Can it affect the values of the small town such as housing market and shopping markets? We knows that by law, it required to tell whole citizenship and businesses that he is living in this area.

Example: Let say new home builder such as Ryan Homes or any other builders who already bought 300 acres in this small town to put 500 plus new homes. But because sexual offender live in this area. The Home Builder will lose business and nobody will move in this town because of sexual predator living in this town.

Example 2: There is might be a business shopping places who are growing and about to add 100 more new store and a mall gone under construction. But because the this felons move in. Nobody will shopping near his home.

Example 3: A daycare in a small town, maybe legally far away enough from the house where register is living in. But the parents would feel better by placing a child far as 10 or 20 miles farther than they normally does. So the daycare would have lose the interests to place a children.

Example 4: The Luxury Apartment was under construction but it goes empty once it complete because nobody would move in there.

Those are Example I am talking about. I am talking about small town who is fast growing and are about to heading into a wealthy neighborhood and the size are about to reach to a middle size town from small town. Any of you know any answers on this.
