Spec homes are pre-designed and built by builders. The home if completed has some advantages and disadvantages are nothing can be changed. But if one is buying a Spec/Quick Delivery Home, then it is tough to get full description from the builder. Toll Brothers is a top quality builder. But still what are some of the things to watch out for before signing purchase agreement? Your help/answer will be appreciated very much.
