Will God reward my two friends (one rich and one poor) equally?

My rich friend is a big city woman and she is wealthy businesswoman working for a public relations company and she owns a condo overlooking a huge lake, owns a nice luxury convertible, owns lots of nice clothes, expensive jewelry, nice furniture, nice stereo equipment, gets to go to alot of nice vacations, rock concerts, professional sporting events and she gets to have lots of nice gifts from her friends cause her friends absolutely adore her, she is a really laid back girl and she has alot of common sense, a strong sense of awareness and she has a personality like a grown woman.

My poor friend is a small town man who has a learning disability and he still lives at home with his parents and his only means of transporation is getting around by bus or bicycle and he usually gets his clothes from thrift stores, my poor friend has a really big heart and takes alot of pride in his friendships and he shows alot of compassion towards his friends but he gets really overly hyperactive and wound up easily which causes people to overlook his kindness cause of him getting overly hyperactive and sadly the very few friends he does have rarely ever give him nice gifts cause they’re too poor to do so, plus he is also quick to anger and has a very short fuse and has a personality like a little boy.

My rich friend is a Catholic girl and is close to God and Jesus and I do believe she has accepted Jesus as her Lord and Saviour, I am uncertain towards my male friend’s religious beliefs

Will both of my friends experience the same amount of peace, joy, love and happiness when they’re both in the Kingdom of Heaven
