i feel like a pilsbury dough boy right now and i want to lose my fat. i dont want to get jacked but want to be lean. so i got a bag of protein powder. the thing is that i dont have the luxury to workout 3 times a day. so can anybody help me figure out a schedule that includes cardio as well as other stuff. and should i eat before or after i exercise? also i am a vegetarian. thanks in advance.
also i dont have a membership to the gym so can all the exercise be done at home with dumbells and other things?
