Voting Question: are my parents still allowed to keep my disability allowance now I am 18?

I Turned 18 a couple of months ago, I live at home with my parents and am in full time education, I claim disability living allowance. however my parents take it and I never see any of it.
My step-dad is on 22K a year, so my family aren’t particularly poor, yet they fail to provide me with basic items such as shoes or a working mobile phone; while my parents have all the luxuries (Contract phones, a laptop each, constant meals out)

This never used to be a problem when I was 17 as I received £30 EMA (When my Step-dad wasn’t in work) which was spent on things such as this, however I now receive less and have changed college which takes up all of the money I receive as I have to travel by bus (It is nearly 20 miles away).

What I am asking is: Now I am 18 am I entitled to receive the Benefit for myself, or are my parents allowed to keep taking it?
