At the moment I go to the gym 3-5 times a week. I have a child and so am limited to 45min-1 hour sessions - don’t have the luxury of long runs etc as at the moment I work at home in the evenings and weekends.

At home, I often stretch in the evenings, do some crunches till it hurts.

In the gym, I used to do 2 classes a week - aerobics and spinning, but now I just go to the gym. I do weights 2-3 times a week, and was doing 30 minutes on the reclining bike as well but this has hurt my knees. I was working up my time on the treadmill, I can comfortably do 30 minutes run average speed 10.8km per hour. I know I could push myself more but it is difficult when I am so tired!

I also walk 1-4 hours a day depending on where I am going, we don’t have a car.

Despite all this I still have a slight tummy pouch. I am slim but weigh more than I’d like - prob a stone heavier than pre-pregnancy weight. 5 ft 10, athletic build. I try to eat healthily but do have a sweet tooth.

Any ideas to improve?
