Voting Question: I fractured my femur and my husband refuses to stay home and help me. Where can I find help?

My husband is retired and we make plenty enough money with his retirement pension to survive and even have enough for luxuries. He works on cars as a hobby and to bring in a little extra cash, that we don’t need. We have 6 kids including a 16-month-old. The past few days since the injury I’ve been home alone with them. I’m fairly certain I’ve further injured my leg, so I need to see if I can find someone to come in and help me with the kids and household stuff in my husband’s absence, and to drive me around during the week when I have school and doctors appointments. I’m willing to pay, but I really need it like starting Monday. I live in Phenix City, AL. Does anyone have any information for me? It would really be helpful, I’m pretty desperate, I spend a lot of time in tremendous pain because I have to be up walking around all the time whhen my doctors have advised me again and again to stay off of my leg or I will fracture my femur further.
