I like luxury homes but hate their price tags. I like to spend my money wisely. I am still young but I am not sure which path is the best for me. I am gay so I won’t be having a family but that will not prevent me from owning a home. Is it better to own a 2 bedroom modern luxury condo or an upper middle class economy home. I have provided links in the bottom. Would you pick the luxury 2 bedroom condo or the 4 bedroom home thats not that pretty but not old looking and above average standard? they are both in the same zipcode area.

economically which one is more likely a better buy? if I plan to resell the home which one would I be better off with?
