My brother(Columbia,Sc) have basic home landline from Att with Internet. They have no long distance or international calling plans. But in the last bill they had an amount of $1300 , showing that they have made calls to Morocco.How can this happen ,without having long distance or international calling facilities.They cant make any call outside Columbia, SC.How can this problem be settled and is there any phisical address to which we can contact Att.It is waste of time contacting the toll free number that Att have provided.
