I graduated high school last year, and now that I am eighteen I feel slightly uneducated. During high school I was never intellectually stimulated, in fact I can’t remember a time during the four years when I had picked up a book and read it. All my English readings were done through Sparknotes. I want to remedy this and become more cultured, so I plan to read and study 10 books this summer and spring that should hopefully broaden my worldview and make me more conversant. What should I add or remove from this list? Would you make any changes to it?
